1. Provider Identification
This website, trayzium.com, is operated by trayzium.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), registered under EDRPOU code 51265460, located at Business Center 'Harmony', 18 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. 2. Services and Pre-Contract Information
We provide real estate agency services. Before entering into any contract, we provide consumers with pre-contract information about the agency, services, price, terms and dispute-resolution rights as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023.
5. Dispute Resolution and Consumer Rights
Consumers may contact us directly. If unresolved, you may refer the dispute to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court. Your rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 10 June 2023 are preserved.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 01 June 2010. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and functionality. Where cookies identify users, we obtain informed consent via a cookie banner. For storage/access to user information, we comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
7. Advertising
All advertising on our website is accurate, substantiated and not misleading, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03 July 1996. Advertising is provided in Ukrainian or with a Ukrainian translation where required.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' dated 25 April 2019, information for consumers is provided in the state language. This English version is a translation; the Ukrainian version prevails.
